3. Placing an Order and Online Payment

• How do I place an order online?
When you select the phone card you wish to purchase please press the "Buy" button and follow the instructions (we do require that you make an account on our site, if you have not done so already).
• How can I pay?
You pay by entering your Credit/Debit card information in the required fields.
Credit/Debit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card and Discover card. Additionally we accept Paypal and WebMoney.
• Is my online transaction secure?

• What is the CSC code?
Card Security Code (CSC) is the last 3 digits printed on the back of the Credit/Debit card, typically in the signature field after your account number.
• My payment does not go through, what should I do?
If your order is not going through please check if you have mistyped your credit card information. If you are still having trouble placing an order please contact our Customer Support and we will gladly assist you.
