Mobile App Privacy Policy

Comfi.com is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of users of its interactive products and services. Throughout cyberspace, we want to contribute to providing a safe and secure environment for users.

The purpose of this Comfi App privacy policy is to inform you what kind of information we may gather about you when you use Comfi App, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct, the information. This privacy policy applies to the Comfi Dial application.

Personal Information

When downloading Comfi App you are requested to register with us, and creating your Comfi account. By registering you give your consent for us to collect, use and store the following information:
• Phone Number
• Address Book

We use and store your Phone Number as follows:
• To verify your identity
• To notify other Comfi App users who have your phone number in their address book that you are also a Comfi App user
• To manage your Comfi account
• When we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent illegal activities

We use and store your Address Book as follows:
• Correctly formatting the phone numbers for international calling
• Correctly display the name of each contact as it appears in your address book when a call is received through the app
• Notify you when your contacts become a Comfi app user
• Indicate which of your contacts is already a Comfi user

Information About All Comfi Users

In general, we gather certain usage information like the numbers and frequency of usage of Comfi. We only use such data in the aggregate. This aggregate data helps us determine how we can improve our APP to assure that it is as appealing as we can make it for as many of you as possible. We also may provide statistical "ratings" information, never information about you personally, to our Comfi partners, about how our members, collectively, use Comfi APP. We do this so they too can understand how much people use their areas and our APP in order for them to provide you with the best possible experience as well.

Information About You

If you are a Comfi user, when you access Comfi APP, you may obtain access to features of the Comfi service that contain personal information. Additionally, we may specifically ask for information about you when you sign up to use a service, like Comfi telecom services, or when you order a product. We will need certain information -- such as name, billing address, phone number, credit card number -- in order to provide that service or product to you. We may also use that information to let you know of additional products and services which you might be interested in. You can choose not to receive such information if you don't want to by letting us know on the registration screen when you sign up for the product or service. We may ask you for information about your interests so that both you and we can take advantage of the interactivity of the online medium, but you may always choose to respond or not. We also collect a Device Identifier (UDID for iPhone, IMEI for Android on GSM network, MEID/ESN for Android on CDMA). We use this information to uniquely identify the actual phone hardware device for security purposes (fraud prevention). We do not upload users address/contact books to our servers.

Disclosure

We do not use or disclose information about your usage of Comfi APP or information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside companies. Comfi may share such information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or in special cases such as a physical threat to you or others. And, as we mention above, we may share with our Web site partners the aggregated statistical "ratings" information about the use of Comfi.

Legal Age on Comfi

Only users of legal age are authorized to use Comfi.

Comfi Privacy Policy Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy for Comfi, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
