Though operations are underway to repair the submarine cables that were damaged by the earthquakes off the coast of Taiwan, at this point none of damaged cables have been reported to be repaired. Com Fi continues to work closely with its carriers to optimize the routing and deliver the best service available. This work, together with our iQT system that constantly monitors and performs network routing adjustments to improve quality, has yielded a call completion rate 90% of that measured before the earthquake.

Com Fi will continue to make improvements and keep you updated until the cable restoration is complete and full service is returned.
