Overview


The Discovery phone card is a refillable Permanent PIN card. Minutes can be added online, by phone, or by using the AutoRefill option. Other features include PIN Free Access, no connection or maintenance fees, high quality connection and low calling rates to many countries. Local Access numbers are available in addition to Toll Free Access. Use Local Access numbers in your area and get the cheapest rates!

  • PIN Free Access! Register your phone number with the card and it is recognized automatically after dialing the Access Number. You don't need to enter a hard-to-remember PIN!
    -- Register up to 10 different phone numbers to one account. -- Use "My Account" - "My Permanent PINs" to register additional phone numbers.
  • Refill the card at any time (add more funds). Use "My Account" - "My Permanent PINs" to see the Balance and other Reports.

    How to Dial


    A. Calling from your registered phone:
    -- Dial Access Number and wait for the prompt.
    -- Dial your destination number.
    B. Calling from any other phone:
    -- Dial Access Number and wait for the prompt.
    -- Enter your PIN number and wait for the prompt.
    -- Dial your destination number.
    For International Calls: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number
    For calls to/within the US and Canada: 1 + Area Code + Phone Number
    • If you don't hear a prompt, please hang up and check you are dialing according
    to the instructions.
    • If no connection is established within 20 seconds, please hang up and try again.
