News -> Taiwan Earthquake Update

While the cable operators work aggressively to restore submarine cables that were damaged by the earthquakes off the coast of Taiwan, Com Fi has worked closely with its carriers to restore acceptable levels of service through the use of alternate routes and optimize routing. This has resulted in substantially improved call completions.

Com Fi will continue to monitor performance, make adjustments as necessary and keep you updated until the cable restoration is complete and full service is returned.
