I neglected to obtain his name--but he called me twice last week--to inform me he had "changed something"--and that the problem should be resolved. He called back again--and was just checking to see how clear the line was.
I am so pleased--and so grateful--the problem seems to have been resolved--our conversations were never better--all due to the skill--and the caring how the service was.
